I'm usually more comfortable working behind the scenes, but am happy to share a little about me.

Born and raised on the island of O'ahu, Hawaii, I am so grateful to have grown up swimming in the bluest of beaches, hiking atop lush, majestic mountains, dancing the hula, and consuming delicacies such as Spam musubi and saimin!

I was bit by island fever and eventually made my way to Southern California, graduating from Otis College of Art & Design with a degree in photography and graphic design. Self-expression was always part of my DNA and I was thrilled to be a part of a talented community of artists in college and later in the working world. I've had the privilege of collaborating with many great photographers, stylists, and companies along my journey.

Self-expression still is part of my everyday being, whether capturing authentic moments with my camera, creating an identity for a business, designing an invitation to celebrate a special occasion or doing custom calligraphy work for others.

I am happiest when I am able to collaborate with other artists; sharing ideas and goals, and embracing each others' unique talents.

When I'm not behind the camera, computer, or sketching in my several notebooks, you can find me in my garden, enjoying the outdoors with my husband and two boys, indulging in dark chocolate, practicing yoga, or meditating.
